500 Error -- Sign up & Password

I just signed up and received the email to set up my account. I was setting my password, submitted it and then received this error page. I had a second window open on the GBB homepage which I closed before submitting. I'm not sure if this may be the problem. I also have gmail, stumble upon, and the cagbc.org site open. Hope it helps!
