item names can't have strange characters such as @, renaming something is problematic

We had a situation where a user created an item that had @ in the title, that should not be allowed.
It was easy enough to change the name of the item, but there are plenty of links to the versions in the app, such as when viewing a users most recent edits. The earlier versions of an item still have the old wikitext name. This could be fixed by including some 'name' renaming code in the model that will update the wikitext for previous versions.
