data entry glitch

when updating data fields (e.f. certification or project team) it doesn't always update when you click update.
I think this may be the result of a data box which is added but not complete.

Yah, i've seen this same thing.
I'm not sure what's causing it but it's giving me a strange error. -

found it, it was dying because it was trying to accept empty fields.
