Install markitup textarea editor

There are so many potential problems with wysiwyg editors and I haven't found one that I think works well. I did however discover markitup which is an excellent what you see is what you mean editor.
Have done most of the work to implement this but it seems to have a compatability issue with the version of jquery we use (our's is newer than the one it ships with).
Need to investigate this further and implement.
