editing fails without explanation when not logged in

Reported by Kalin Harvey | May 20th, 2009 @ 01:59 AM | in cagbc summit

Should either not allow editing when not logged in, or else make it possible for non-logged in users to anonymously (with IP address) edit.

Former might be easier for now, latter is the goal.

I've gone through the frontend, and made it so that non-logged in users cannot see edit links, phase two is secure backend. frontend is locked down, or so i believe, if anyone sees anything not nailed down, post it here, i'm leaving this here.
