I think this is a duplicate of bug 27, and regardless, I haven't been able to duplicate it. Can you provide the steps you take to have it not work for you? Are you logged in or not, where are you clicking, or are you typing the url in directly.

i'm logged in and the error message appears when I type the URL and also when i use the "dashboard" button. ees is having similar problems.
