Placemarkers on homepage map don't link to anything

I don't think there's enough room to use the placemarker bubbles, but perhaps the name of the marker could appear when you mouse over it. Also when you click on a placemarker, it should probably take you to the building page for that particular marker.

yes it's a bit misleading as the markers do appear clickable, but they're not so it seems like broken links.
Perhaps clicking on a marker on the dashboard map should take the user to the full map view. or maybe we should have extra-small pop-ups for the dashboard map containing just the building name and a link to it's page in the database.
